At ISS Kashmir, we emphasize regular attendance as a foundation for academic excellence. The institute ensures that attendance is monitored and absences are addressed effectively.

Daily Updates

Attendance is recorded daily using a biometric system. Parents receive automatic notifications about their child's attendance status to ensure transparency and accountability. The institute will follow up with parents of students who have 2 or more absences in a week without prior approval.

Monthly Follow-Up

Students with 6 or more unexcused absences in a month must provide a valid explanation for their absences. Parents may be called for a meeting to discuss their child's attendance record. Continued unexcused absences or failure to comply may result in suspension from classes until the matter is resolved.

Leave-Application

Leave applications must be submitted in advance .Absences without an approved leave will be marked as unexcused and handled according to the institute's policy.
